Susi is bored!

The university started again today and now I have to spend 5 days in a lecture auditorium listening to what everyone experienced in their internship. I tell you I am bored. So now I'm thinking about making one of those:

There are even instructions to be found here. *g*
And perhaps I should read some more....even though it always confuses me to read English while someone is talking nonstop in German. My mind has a problem with multi-language multi-tasking. Yeah I know it's sad.

I finally started a new science fiction romance- Gabriel's Ghost by Linnea Sinclair. I heard so many good things about her scifi books that I just couldn't resist anymore. I have to say it started rather slow. The first 140 pages were not really boring but they didn't grab my attention as I wished they would. But now it gets better so I'm again full of hope.

But okay. So perhaps I will post some more this week.

How did your week start?

I helped out at a games convention on Saturday and Sunday and now have today and tomorrow off to recover before going back to work on Wednesday.
good luck on the lectures!

@Sabrina You have to tell me how you like Rock Hard. I'm a bit ninny winny about one thing I read in a spoiler so I need some more opinions before I dare buy it. And lets till I finished this one. Will see if I want more after that. But thanks so much sweety! You rock. We should compare books we don't want perhaps we can switch them ;)

Poor Susi, I feel for you boring lectures are the worst. Though I remember how I got through them by reading exciting books under the desk ;-D

Don't let me even started on how shitty my week began: First off it is Monday! It is reason enough to grieve or pout grr! :-( Then last night I had a great time was up until past 2am reading and feeling active, then not only had I had to get up after 5 hours of sleep, but it was gray, couldy and it wa sraining! Talk about timetravel back to November grr :-(

The sun came out a bit, so I'm hopeful it will get better soon, but the only reason why I feel so blue is that today is my little sister's 20th b-day and I can't be with her and spoil her :-( I'll see her in 2 weeks, but I feel so bad that I'm not there to celebrate with her today :-( *sighs*

So the week started out quite shittily for me ;-) I hope it can only get better ;-) lol

ps. sorry for the whining, but at least now you can feel better knowing someone else is suffering too ;-D LMAO

@Stella Oh no...I hate when a week starts like that! We really should outlaw Mondays. *sigh* ((huge hugs))

Unknown March 28, 2011 at 4:47 PM

Oh we definitely should! Let's start an international motion, I bet it would become quite popular ;-p

I hope you survived your lecture and now (since it's 4pm past) you are a free woman :-)

SusiSunshine March 28, 2011 at 5:27 PM

@Stella Survived lecture and will head to work now. LOL See my Mondays never stop to suck. *sigh* Can it be tomorrow already?

Nice box! Sorry you're bored...poor girl! I have language issues too. I'll be speaking Spanish and all of a sudden start talking Hebrew, or vice versa, and whoever I'm talking to stares at me like I'm an idiot.
Short circuits in the language center of the brain.

Ugh, last week I had one 3 hour lecture and one 6 hour lecture, luckily they weren't as boring as they usually are ;) So you just go and make one of those

SusiSunshine March 29, 2011 at 8:14 AM

@Julia I so know that hon. we are doomed to be seen as crazy. ;) At least we're together.

@Blodeuedd Unfortunately I forgot the scissors today. Damn! LOL
